Servicing
Simple maintenance and adjustments can be carried out at our premises by our specialist mechanic. Oil changes, routine servicing, MOT preparation and tests arranged at appropriate garages.

Insurance
Your vehicle must be covered for fire, theft and accidental damage whilst with us. We advise you to inform your insurance company that your vehicle is being stored at Manor Car Storage Ltd. Alternatively insurance can be arranged on an indemnity basis on your behalf subject to the terms and condition of the policy.
Storage cover can be arranged at £8.50 per £1,000 per annum.

Road Tax

Transportation

Collection charges are for driver normal hours plus airport parking charges.
Chauffeur Meet and Greet from outside the airport terminals is available at an additional cost plus any fuel required.

Notice
We ask for one week's notice to remove a car from store. We aim to be as flexible as possible provided we have reasonable notice especially if servicing and MOT's are required. The minimum storage period is eight weeks.
VAT
All prices, except insurance and road tax, are subject to value added tax at the standard rate of 20%.

Terms
Monthly by Standing Order, or by invoice quarterly in advance in Sterling or most major currencies. We accept Mastercard and Visa credit cards (subject to a 2.5% surcharge), debit cards (excluding Switch) no charge.
Your vehicle must be covered for fire, theft and accidental damage.
Subject to the rules contained in the Unfair ContractsTerms Act 1977. It is a condition under which a vehicle is accepted for storage that, the customer relieves Manor Car Storage Ltd of all liability for loss or damage to customers' vehicles or contents thereof, however caused. All customers are therefore respectfully notified that we do not accept responsibility for loss or mis-delivery of or damage to any vehicle accessories or other goods while in our hands for any purpose arising from any cause. This condition extends to customers' vehicles while being driven or moved by members of our staff, or while standing inside or outside our premises. The customer agrees to indemnify Manor Car Storage Ltd against any claims arising from the storage of their vehicle.
Confidentiality
Your details will be held securely on computer by Manor Car Storage Ltd and will be used only to provide the service you require. They will not be revealed to any third party without your prior approval.
